Private Video Released
Frank L Whiting says he was the victim of a digital hate crime … after a private video leaked onto the internet — His legal team, Katz, Katz, Katz and Kibble have contacted the FBI (Feline Bureau of Investigation).
Frank released a statement saying, “It has come to my attention that a private moment, between my human and myself, has been leaked by some scumbag! There are some humans who are threatened by my stand for cat’s rights and will do anything to undermine me. But I will prevail. This is in no way a CATastrophe. It just makes me stronger!”
In a statement released Monday afternoon, a spokesperson for the FBI said, “The Feline Bureau of Investigation is aware of the allegations concerning computer intrusions and the unlawful release of material involving Frank L. Whiting, and is addressing the matter. Any further comment would be inappropriate at this time.”
Frank’s lawyer, Tom Katz, called the leak “an outrageous violation” of Frank L. Whiting’s privacy. He added, “Myself and my partners, Al E. Katz, Tabby Katz and Moe Kibble intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating this illegally obtained video to the fullest extent possible.”
A spokesman for Frank L. Whiting said, “This will in no way affect plans for the publication of The Cat Mag.”
